What

Digital health business accelerator ANDHealth wanted to offer its Australian community a value-added service at HLTH 2020 and 2021, the premier US digital health conference which, due to COVID19, had moved to a virtual format.

The conference generated an overwhelming amount of information during the US East Coast daytime. ANDHealth’s brief was to enable Australian HLTH attendees to engage with the conference and provide a national virtual networking opportunity on Slack, by minimising time zone differences and providing daily actionable insights and analysis.


 
 

Result

I sat down with ANDHealth to outline a strategy that identified the highest value information for their target audience of Australian digital health executives and investors, optimal delivery timelines, and distribution of key responsibilities during the week. The project delivered:

  • 10 session briefs delivered before 8am and 12pm daily

  • 11 in-depth session overviews

  • 4 final reports covering the transformation of care, digital therapeutics, women’s health, and digital health investment

  • Daily micro-news updates for Twitter and LinkedIn
